This animation is made by GeoSatSignal (David J. Taylor - Animations) which allows rectification of the oblique satellite view into a more natural projection (orthographic here).  The enanchement is obatined applying LUTS361_GPS_IR_cc bitmap (Ton Lindemann courtesy) on MSG-RSS images disseminated every 5 minutes by Eumetcast:
The 24 hours animation has been converted to MPEG-4, reducing the original 374MB animation to a more reasonable 7.5MB download, which is in DivX format.
